A special keepsake for pet lovers. Have your pet's name engraved onto a natural stone pebble, with a cat icon  above (see restrictions below). For an additional $10 you can also have a name or date engraved on the reverse.


Sizing

Sizing depends on the option chosen. Sizes are approximate and may vary for each individual pebble, as they are all unique in color and size. For names that have 10 characters, we recommend choosing the large size, as the font will appear larger.

Details

Maximum of 10 characters on PLUM-GREY ("Characters" are letters, spaces and punctuation eg: CHRISTINA is 9 characters). All letters are engraved as capitals. Dates are converted to numbers eg: 15th August 2011 will be 08.15.11

The pebbles are not man-made. They are natural stones smoothed flat on river beds and may contain imperfections e.g. chips, fissures and cracks, mottling, colour blemishes and fine grey, quartz thread lines. Stones will vary in size, shade, shape and texture; if you order two stones they will not match. We have taken a rough, organic product and left it in its natural state, engraving the type like a stamp in the stone. We hope you'll appreciate the uniqueness of these natural stones, and treasure them as a personalised keepsake.

How long will my order take?

Once your order is placed, we will dispatch your handmade pebbles within 3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, tracking will be emailed to the email address you provide when placing your order. The parcel should fit through most letterboxes, however couriers will sometimes leave packages in safe places or with neighbours, so always check your tracking.

I've made a mistake, what can I do?

Unfortunately once you have paid for your stone at checkout we cannot make any changes. So be careful when entering your text in the order form - we do not amend spelling! However we know mistakes can happen, so can offer remakes at a reduced price if you need a new copy. Please email us at support@letterfest.com and let us know your changes.

Can I send direct to someone else?

Yes, at checkout you can enter another address for delivery. We won’t include prices in the shipment.
