The rock/pebble is beautiful, and I think my daughter will be so happy when I give it to her for her deceased dog's final resting place. The place is covered in snow right now but I'm sure she will look forward to placing it there in the spring when the bulbs begin to bloom. Didn't realize the pebble was coming from so far away. Shipping costs might deter me from ordering in the future, but it is nicely done, and the cost for the stone isn't that expensive, so I still may consider it. Thank you!

The memorial stone I ordered finally arrived. Looks real pretty and of good quality. The size 14.5cm is quite small for the largest size option and at a prize of $47 very expensive.

I ordered this rock and based on what the picture looks like in the models hands it "appears" to be a decent size. I paid $6 extra for a larger rock, almost $50 in total. When it arrived its literally so small in every way bit its a long skinny rock, barely fits the name on it. Unlike the picture which theres plenty of room on the rock and it doesnt look crowded. I could've found a rock in my back yard and went and found somewhere to engrave it for much cheaper. Feels like a waste of money if im being honest.

Ordered as a Christmas gift for my niece expecting it to be delivered before Christmas as advertised on the website. Despite paying for express shipping, it did not get delivered on time. Contacted customer service who kept coming back with generic canned response of unprecedented demand (higher demand in retail around Christmas time, who would have thought! /sarcasm) did not get a refund on shipping, just a small portion of it despite missing the one important date. Would not recommend to anyone
