We got the engraved rock for friends who recently lost their dog child. It is beautiful and they were really touched. Loved it! Great quality and fast service.
It was ok. I thought the engraving would have been deeper. The rock wasn't cleaned up very well when it arrived, it had sticky residue on it.

Love a personalized gift, makes it so special. Great quality product. The book is a good size, quality paper, beautiful illustrations. The last page personal message adds a very sweet touch.
The only negatives were:
1. The story is about a first birthday and the cake has several candles.
2. The process to write a personal message was not user-friendly, popping me out and reloading several times.
3. I sent your company an email and asked if I could make changes to my order (hair color), and never received an answer. I ordered a second book.
