This book is absolutely delightful, from the wonderful illustrations to the sweet story. I know my 2 year old grandson is going to love it, especially since it features his name!
It’s never easy to lose a dog and this stone was a perfect marker to her memory! Customer service was great when I had a question and I felt like the delivery time was very timely.

Baby’s first Christmas book was/is fabulous…..the re-print only took 7 days for submitting changes to receiving the new book….this was all do to the extra effort of Kristy the customer service rep! She was SO so helpful!!

Wrote a lovely not to our friends on the loss of their dog. The note was NEVER included, so our friends had no idea who it was from. and spent days asking around who gave them the gift. Also, this company does not advertise they are in the UK, so it took a while to arrive.

Horrible!!! Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Product would have been okay if it wasn’t so small. I ordered the large engagement pot! If you go on the site, you will see in America. You can pick a large pot. I received a small one. And talking to customer service they cannot send large pots to America so instead they would suck my order and gave me compost instead of a large pot, but they’re trying to say I ordered wrong. No, I did not don’t trust this company.
