Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All of our products are custom made. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please check the individual product page for up-to-date delivery times, as these may vary depending on the product chosen.

For illustration products, we offer a proofing service. You will receive an email with a proof that must be approved before we can ship your order. Failure to approve your proof promptly may lengthen the processing time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (USA)

Delivery times are calculated after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • These products are shipped from the UK. Letterfest covers any import tariffs or customs duties for US customers.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries outside the US. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs and import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail, to ensure your order is delivered in the most efficient manner.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at help@letterfest.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage so we can investigate with our courier. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Lost packages (US customers)
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at help@letterfest.com. We will investigate with the carrier. An order is only classified as lost if it has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If the package cannot be located after this period, we will send a replacement. Please note that we cannot issue replacements where the shipping address provided was incorrect.
