These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Letterfest, Inc. (“Letterfest,” “we,” or “us”). Please read them carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.

1. General Obligations

All goods remain the property of Letterfest until paid for in full.
Payment is required before dispatch of goods.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Product Descriptions and Specifications

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and images are accurate.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print runs.
Many of our products are handmade or use natural materials. Variations in size, shape, color, or surface texture are part of their character and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on the shipping destination.
Payments are processed in USD. If you use a non-US card, your bank or card provider may convert the charge into your local currency and may apply additional fees.

4. Shipping

Shipping charges include packaging and delivery costs.
Orders are dispatched using trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Buyers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are personalized or made to order, they cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, unless defective or not as described.

Nothing in these terms removes your right to a refund or replacement for goods that are defective, damaged, or not as described under US consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, and photographs on this site are the property of Letterfest and are protected under US and international copyright law.
Our illustrations and personalized products must not be reproduced, copied, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
We do not create or supply artwork containing nudity, hate speech, or prohibited content.

7. Liability

Nothing in this agreement limits your statutory rights under applicable US law.
Except as required by law, all warranties, express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
Letterfest’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or technical issues, downtime, or inaccuracies on our website.

8. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
