Details

Hand-drawn, digitally colored in watercolor style and printed to order on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. We won't include people, cars, dustbins, satellite dishes etc, but let us know in your notes if you want anything else removed or added.
We can draw a variety of buildings or scenes - from flats, houses and bungalows, to farms, holiday homes and wedding venues. We draw in a sketchy style to capture the building, and color in our painterly watercolor style. We include minimal background - the focus is on the building rather than its surroundings.

Hand drawn illustrations

Each illustration is drawn by hand by our team of talented artists. We colour and digitally print on acid free, fine grain artists paper. 

If you select a digital proof, your illustration will be sent to you via email for you to check before printing. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge. 

Drawn from your photograph

We can draw whatever building you like! Simply upload your photo with your order or email it to support@letterfest.com. We will draw from the perspective of your image.

If you don’t have a photo, use Google Streetview - go to Google.com, click on ‘Maps’ and enter the address. Click on the street view of the road or drag the yellow stick man onto the map. Use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view, click the link icon, copy the link and email it to us, or contact us and we will do it for you. 

For public venues, you can send weblinks to online photos.

After printing, we mount all our illustrations in high quality bevelled white mounts.
Wooden frames are also available, all handmade from solid wood in black, white or oak, and provided with integrated hanging hooks and Pilkington glass (extra large frames are glazed with high grade Quinn perspex for safe delivery.)

The most beautiful art work ever! I’ve ordered one for myself and 2 for friends. One lady cried when she saw it. I can’t say enough about the artwork itself but also the customer service of this company is unmatched. I will forever be a regular customer. People LOVE these home depictions as gifts. It came with a bunch of writing on it printed on the actual print. Since I wasn't planning on framing it it ruined the art and I wasn't given a refund. Really disappointing
